Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (Sunday-Thursday). Evening Shifts - 15:00-23:00

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
* To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
* To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
* Deliver team member performance reviews (1-2-1's), development and/or succession planning as appropriate
* Support and contribute towards briefing activities such as performance management appraisals, comms zone briefs, PD boards, disciplinaries and grievances, informal / formal conversations
* Ensure shift is managed in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
* Support with resource planning, conducting interview and inductions for new starters
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous warehouse management experience (First Line Manager/Shift Manager/Team Leader) is essential
* Previous experience of Inventory Management disciplines is desirable
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
* Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
* Knowledge of MHE operations (holding valid MHE licenses would be desirable)
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
* Good analytical and numerical skills
* IT literate - WMS and Microsoft packages
