Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will focus on managing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include lead generation, identifying new sales opportunities, communicating effectively with customers, and providing superior customer service. The role also involves developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs and supporting their success.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Previous experience in the drinks or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
