Porsche Customer Relations Hub Administrator
Location: Porsche HQ Reading
Contract: 12‑Month Fixed Term (with potential to go permanent)
Hours: Full‑Time (37.5 hours/week) – Monday-Friday 0800-1800 (rotational shifts)
Fully office based until successful probation has been passed.
RAC & Porsche is looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our Customer Relations team, embedded within the prestigious headquarters of Porsche Cars in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the world’s most iconic brands, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service whilst building strong relationships across a premium automotive network.
As a Customer Relations Hub Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations—providing efficient, accurate, and high-quality administrative support. You’ll work closely with Porsche Centres, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth processes and a seamless customer experience. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage administrative queries, including invoice checks and approvals
* Act as a central point of contact for customer enquiries via email and written correspondence
* Take ownership of the Porsche Vehicle Certification Programme, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
* Support Porsche Centres with car hire queries and logistics
* Manage team rotas and coordinate PCRH logistics
* Process goodwill invoices and resolve associated queries
* Handle incoming post and maintain accurate records of returned communications
* Manage vehicle information requests (e.g., Certificates of Conformity, Technical Data Sheets)
* Support the car hire process, including extensions and updates
* Prepare and distribute the weekly Parts Report
* Provide team support and cover for colleagues when required
