About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful opening and long-term performance of our new Belfast store. From building your dream team to creating an exceptional customer experience, this is your opportunity to shape a store from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading all aspects of the new store opening, from recruitment and onboarding to launch
* Building and coaching a high-performing team to deliver sales and service excellence
* Championing our customer-first culture and creating a luxury retail experience
* Driving commercial performance through effective leadership and decision making
* Ensuring operational excellence, stock accuracy and visual merchandising standards
* Acting as a proud and visible brand ambassador within the local market
About You
* A confident and experienced retail leader with a background in premium or luxury fashion
* Previous experience opening a new store or leading a high-profile retail location
* Strong people skills with a natural ability to coach, motivate and inspire
* Highly organised, commercially astute and passionate about delivering results
* Positive, driven and excited by the opportunity to build something new
