Responsibilities
* Leading and managing the design and development of public realm schemes
* Overseeing s278 and s38 agreements to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Providing expert advice on infrastructure projects, from conception through to completion
* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
* Preparing and reviewing detailed civil engineering designs and technical specifications
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service
Qualifications/Requirements
* Extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly within infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of s278 and s38 agreements
* Proficiency in civil engineering design and developer schemes
* Solid understanding of public realm schemes and relevant industry standards
* Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Relevant degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification
