As a Graduate Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will…
Contribute to delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments from day one.
Typical tasks include:
* Assist with preparation of budget estimates and elemental cost plans.
* Support value engineering and feasibility assessments.
* Work with project teams to understand design and cost impacts.
Procurement Support
* Help prepare tender documentation.
* Support tender analysis and contractor appointment processes.
* Assist with preparation of contract documents.
Post‑Contract Management
* Monitor project costs and prepare payment recommendations.
* Support change control processes and cost forecasting.
* Attend site and progress meetings with the project team.
* Learn to manage commercial risks and support client objectives.
What do we look for?
* A degree (or on track to complete one) in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
* A keen interest in the built environment and infrastructure development.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiasm, ambition, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* A desire to work towards chartership.
