We are seeking a Sales & Reservation Executive to join our team, acting as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, supporting private dining and events, and driving revenue opportunities across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to all reservation enquiries (phone, email, and online platforms) across the group.
* Build strong guest relationships, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with warmth.
* Coordinate bookings for private dining, group reservations, and special events.
* Work closely with restaurant managers and front-of-house teams to maximise covers and ensure smooth service.
* Confidently upsell premium experiences (wine pairings, chef specials, tasting menus, private dining packages).
* Cross-sell group venues and experiences – encouraging guests to discover other concepts within the Notting Hill Group.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all venues, menus, and offerings to recommend with authority.
* Track and report on booking patterns, guest feedback, and occupancy to support operational planning.
* Provide administrative support for events, confirmations, and guest communications.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a reservations, sales, or guest relations role within hospitality.
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with a natural ability to engage and build rapport.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with reservation systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Genuine interest in hospitality, food, and drink, with enthusiasm for the group's brands.
* Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.
