About The Role
Please note that this is a fixed-term role for six months, working full-time - 27.5 hours per week.

Your role as an Activities Co-ordinator will involve planning and implementing activities that delight our Residents, assisting the Home Manager with organising fundraising events, and encouraging socialisation and engagement based on Residents’ hobbies. You will do all this with kindness and consideration.
We are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, ability to get along with people, planning, organisational, and IT skills are essential. You should manage your time effectively and communicate considerately with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act if concerns arise. All staff will receive safeguarding training relevant to their role and additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
