Reporting directly to the AGM and General Manager, you will take ownership of the full guest journey — from the first impression at the door to the final farewell. You will lead, inspire and develop a talented team of floor staff and hosts, holding yourself and those around you to the very highest standards of presentation, conduct and hospitality.
