The Role
You will be working one-to-one with a child in Year 3 who has a diagnosis of autism. The child is verbal and accessing the full year group curriculum but requires additional support to thrive within the classroom. You'll provide tailored guidance while also assisting with whole-class learning, helping the child remain engaged, confident, and included.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally autism.
An understanding of how autism may impact learning and social development.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to support.
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.

Full-time role: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Trial start date: Monday 8th September
Pay rate: £90–£100 PAYE per day
