- Help in training new kitchen team members on culinary techniques and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in maintaining food safety standards and implementing hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff, management, and suppliers
