Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Telford Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) Type: Full-time, Permanent We're recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join an expanding Engineering team. Due to new investment on brand new machinery, this will give the successful candidate great exposure into an Engineering team that has the right mindset towards a planned and preventative attitude. You will also get the opportunity to visit the OEM directly for training. The Role You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment and facilities, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is minimised. You'll work closely with production teams to identify root causes of issues and deliver practical solutions - all while contributing to a positive and collaborative engineering culture.
