About the Role:
We are seeking a capable and driven Group Marketing Lead to lead
marketing delivery across a diverse and fast-growing group of brands. This full-time, in-
person role involves working closely with Marketing Team to execute marketing strategy and enhance brand visibility across sectors including property, training, hospitality, and
entertainment.
You'll take the lead on managing the daily marketing output, coordinating a small offshore
team, and supporting brand activity across digital and offline channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up into a varied, impactful, and
visible group-level role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Coordination & Delivery
● Execute marketing activities across all brands in line with strategic direction
● Manage the group-wide marketing calendar and align activities with CEO priorities
● Brief and coordinate offshore designers, editors, and digital marketers
● Ensure timely, brand-aligned delivery of all marketing output
Campaigns & Content
● Plan and deliver campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, events, and
brand launches
● Write and edit engaging content for email, social, blog, print, and campaign assets
● Create visual and video assets using Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g.
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar). Ability to produce short-form,
attention-grabbing videos for social media, reels, launches, and promotional
campaigns is essential
● Support with materials for launches, public-facing events, and franchise
promotions
Digital Marketing &; Social Media
● Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
TikTok, and YouTube
● Handle post scheduling, engagement tracking, and reporting
● Work with IT to handle updates to websites and landing pages using CMS
platforms
● Support the development of video, brand storytelling, and thought leadership
content
● Produce and repurpose video content across platforms (e.g. reels, interviews,
branded content), ensuring high engagement and strong alignment with each
brand
Reporting &; Analysis
● Track and report on key performance indicators – leads, engagement, conversions,
ROI
● Produce weekly performance updates with suggestions for refinement or
optimization
Key Requirements:
● 3+ years' experience in a marketing or digital content role
● Confident writer and editor with excellent attention to detail
● Highly organized and able to manage multiple brand outputs simultaneously
● Experience managing remote team members or freelancers
● Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Kartra,
WordPress or similar CMS platforms
● Confident working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced business
environment
● Willing and able to travel with the team when needed
Desirable:
● Experience in property, hospitality, training, or events
● Familiarity with Kartra, ClickFunnels, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
● Confident video editor with experience in creating engaging short-form content
for social media, launches, or branding. Able to direct or support on-site shoots
when required
