The Role As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses, carers, and the wider management team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in supporting residents wellbeing, leading the nursing team, and contributing to continuous clinical improvement. ?? Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical care Lead, guide, and support the nursing and care team Make informed clinical decisions and respond effectively under pressure Promote and implement best practices in nursing care Conduct audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations Support safeguarding processes and ensure adherence to DOLS and governance frameworks Mentor, train, and develop staff to enhance clinical capability Build and maintain positive working relationships across the team ??
