A lovely new role working for a global household business who own a large number of brands who we all love and use daily. They have an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Procurement Manager to join the function.
This role will be reporting into the Head of Category Management and looking after some key spend for the business, to name a few: MRO, International Freight, Warehousing, Operational Spend and Utilities, but will consider someone who has a nice broad range of indirect category management.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Create strategies through to the delivery and performance including year on year annualised savings
2. Develop group wide category plans and strategies to ensure alignment for the group, leveraging suppliers to support local offices
3. Engage, manage and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level to ensure buy-in, utilising strong market knowledge
