Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
* Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise.
* Monitor production output to guarantee quality standards are consistently met.
* Document machine settings and production data accurately to maintain compliance.
* Collaborate closely with the production team to achieve nightly targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
* Contribute to a positive and safe working environment through adherence to health and safety protocols.
Hours of Work
* Sunday to Thursday: 23:00-07:30
Requirements
* Proven experience as a machine setter or in a similar production role.
* Excellent understanding of machinery operations and maintenance, particularly in food production settings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration.
