The Role:
As a SEMH LSA, you'll be:
* Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support progress
* Building positive relationships that encourage confidence and resilience
About You:
* Caring, patient and resilient personality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience is helpful but not essential - training provided
* Psychology or criminology graduates especially encouraged to apply
* Keen to work as an SEMH LSA within a thriving Colchester school
