The Role:
10. Contact customers for missed collections & confirm rescheduled day
11. Minimise the number of invoice queries and investigate any credit requests made by customers
12. Inputting of data onto the bespoke CRM / database
13. Conduct end of month checks to ensure invoicing runs smoothly
14. Resolve any customer missed collections in a calm manner
15. Self manage emails & workload
About you
The Requirements:
16. Strong administration skills
17. Competent in the use of all Microsoft applications (outlook & excel mainly)
18. Excellent customer service, not afraid to make phone calls
19. Able to deal with difficult situations whilst resolving the issue at the same time
20. Able to prioritise & self manage workload
21. Can-Do attitude. Always doing the right thing, not the easy thing
22. Team Player. Willing to assist other departments where required.
