This role focuses on data entry tasks, including onboarding and offboarding users, managing permissions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, specifically within our suite of applications such as Zoho and Radar Healthcare. Main Responsibilities User Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365/Azure, and Zoho applications, ensuring accurate assignment of permissions and access rights. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate with HR to manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up systems for new employees and revoking access as necessary across platforms such as Zoho People and Radar Healthcare.
