We're recruiting for a Head Chef to lead a renowned 2 AA Rosette restaurant within a luxury hotel on the beautiful South Coast. This is a rare chance to take full control of a dedicated kitchen and brigade, delivering award-winning food for both lunch and dinner service.

About You:
Background at 2 AA Rosette level or higher
Passion for fine dining and seasonal, quality ingredients
Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop a brigade
Strong organisational and financial management abilities
