A Day in Your Neighbourhood
* Lead
the service:
Take charge of your shift, ensuring the team delivers smooth, efficient and
friendly service throughout.
* Motivate
the team:
Support training and development of junior staff, helping to build confidence
and keep standards high.
* Own
the details:
Oversee table settings, reservation management, opening/closing procedures, and
support with stock control.
* Support
the guests:
Be a point of contact for feedback, queries, and special requests, always with
warmth and professionalism.
* Keep
things moving:
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing and resolve any
issues before they escalate.
