Dometic UK Ltd are looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic person to join our Aftermarket Internal Sales team. Internal Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Area Sales Executive to ensure our customers receive an outstanding level of service, which focuses on relationship building and excellent communication in order to achieve and potentially exceed monthly / quarterly / yearly targets.
Daily tasks will involve the careful management of emails which in turn will contain orders for processing, end to end order tracking, pricing requests and queries or complaints
The telephone calls will be answered quickly and efficiently and outgoing proactive call made to warm / hot leads
Experience and proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment (telephone based an advantage)
Experience of CRM systems
Knowledge of ERP/MRP software, desirable
Experience in administering accounts, desirable
Very good standard of written and spoken English
