Job Summary
We are growing our United Kingdom sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help accelerate growth in your assigned region. In this role, you will be a vital partner to the Head of Sales, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding our market footprint within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing and executing territory sales plans to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
* Delivering professional presentations and demonstrations of Lesso’s piping products and services to potential and existing customers.
* Train and support distributor partners and sales representatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling capabilities.
* Accurately processing sales orders while ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and other key industry stakeholders within your assigned territory to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to provide valuable insights to management and help shape effective sales strategies.
* Represent Lesso at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
* Proactively resolving customer concerns by identifying problems, facilitating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide weekly sales and expense reports to HQ in compliance with company guidelines.
* Adhere to approved sales and travel budgets.
* Maintain accurate customer files, contracts, correspondence, and CRM records.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Preferably PVC pipes, fittings, or related products.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate product features to customers.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Valid driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel within your assigned territory regularly.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic sales environment.
* Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
