Role responsibilities
* Providing efficient, courteous and professional service at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required.
* Assisting in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service to our guests, in all areas of the hotel & spa.
* Handling any queries from guests, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure that procedures are followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
Additional Information
* Full and part-time shifts available - covering lunch and dinner service
* Shift pattern examples: 1100-1700 / 1200-1700 / 1500-0000 / 1700-2300 / 1700-0100 - we can be flexible and discuss further if successful at interview
* Full training and support given
* Zero hour contract
* Have the flexibility to cover day, evening, late evening, weekends and bank holidays shifts
