As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. From scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding, your role is key to securing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Coordination:Manage interview logistics, maintain candidate communication, and support recruitment events.
* Onboarding and Induction:Oversee new starter administration and coordinate induction programs.
* Team Administration:Handle administrative duties and support minor projects to enhance team performance.
Essential Requirements:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualities:
* Experience in recruitment coordination.
* Familiarity with ATS and HRIS.
* Knowledge of employment laws.
