Description
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Managing/processing the monthly Payroll
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Maintain and update financial records and databases.
Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A good knowledge of debits and credits
Ability to run the Payroll.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
