What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating a positive, inspiring and supportive learning environment
* Working closely with students, providing both group and 1:1 support
* Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions
* Using your subject strengths to boost pupil confidence and progress
* Developing professional classroom skills that will support your future teaching career

Who We’re Looking For
* A degree in any subject (Education preferred but not essential)
* Experience working with young people or in a classroom (desirable)
* A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong communication, teamwork and organisation skills
* A genuine passion for education and helping pupils succeed
