Role Overview
The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 20hrs, fully flexible availability.
As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care.
* Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards.
* Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present.
* Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene.
* Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
* Having fun while doing it all!
Qualifications
You don't need previous experience to succeed - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll give you all the training and tools you need.
* A genuine love for coffee and people.
* A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Confidence to lead by example.
* The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
