We are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Adult Social Care team at Derby City Council.
This is a frontline position where you will be responsible for:
Undertaking assessments, reviews, and support planning under the Care Act 2014
Completing assessments under the Mental Health Act and associated legislation
Working collaboratively with health professionals and partner agencies
Delivering effective, least restrictive, and person-centred services
Supporting a tech-enabled approach to care and service delivery
