Making an Impact
Our SMART lighting control solutions focus on sustainability, energy saving and enhancing well-being. Inside our Agile R&D organization, we develop new IoT solutions, including hardware, embedded software, sensors, mobile apps, APIs, and cloud services.
Recent graduates have joined us and moved into full-time roles within our Embedded, Software, and Testing teams, based on their interests and business needs.
Purpose of the Role
An Electronics Engineer designs, develops, and tests electronic systems and components, with experience in analog/digital circuits, embedded systems, and electronics manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring electronic products from concept to production, covering all aspects from design to testing and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing electronic circuits and systems based on requirements.
* Using CAD software (e.g., Altium) for schematics and PCB layouts.
* Collaborating with mechanical and electro-mechanical teams.
* Conducting simulations and analyses for functionality and reliability.
* Prototyping, testing, and refining designs.
* Working with QA, third-party labs, and documenting hardware tests.
* Performing risk assessments and supporting regulatory compliance.
* Creating technical documentation, including specifications and manuals.
* Managing product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
* Building and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Managing electronic components and contributing to detailed product specifications.
Desired Skills:
* Degree in Electronics or related field.
* Attention to detail and systematic approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and circuit design.
* Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD).
* Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
