We are currently working with a Housing Association in search of a new Floor Layer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis
Key responsibilities of the Floor Layer:
Completing all aspects of flooring work to both domestic and commercial properties
Carrying out all preparation of the floor ensuring it is ready for installation
Ensuring that health and safety is constantly adhered to during the installation of the floor
Measure up spaces accurately and using this information to cut and install flooring
Confident in using power tools safely and correctlyRequired skills and experience of the Floor Layer:
NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards
Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings
