You’ll be leading critical incident response in a global SaaS environment — coordinating technical teams, managing communication, and keeping control when customers are feeling the impact.

* Drive incidents through to resolution
What you’ll bring
* Experience handling major incidents / P1 situations
* Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech environments
* Clear, calm communication in high-pressure scenarios
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders during live incidents
Nice to have: ITIL exposure, understanding of cloud platforms, or experience with tools like ServiceNow.
