Protocol Education is working with a number of welcoming primary schools in the Iver area to recruit caring and reliable Teaching Assistants. If you’ve got SEN experience, that’s a big bonus – our schools are always keen to have staff who can give children with additional needs the consistent support they deserve.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting pupils in class to stay engaged and make progress
2. Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need extra support (SEN experience is a real bonus here)
3. Helping teachers set up and run engaging lessons
4. Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence
5. Being a friendly, reliable presence in the classroom every morning
