Job Title: Senior Digital Project Consultant FTC
Locations: Salford Quays, Leeds, London, Staines
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - required to visit one of the specified locations as needed
Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract from June 2025 to December 2025
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (pro-rata for 7 months)

The Senior Digital Project Consultant will be a vital part of the People Technology and Digital team, focusing on creating seamless, integrated digital experiences primarily related to procurement. Responsibilities include delivering end-to-end digital journeys, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating across the business to develop self-service solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the people technology project portfolio within the MU, collaborating with content and application owners, BGIUK, and Group Technology teams to deliver projects.
* Implement enhancements in existing technologies to improve digital people experience.
* Evaluate and challenge incoming requirements and project requests to align with strategy, prioritization, funding, and success metrics.
* Utilize best practice project management tools to ensure optimal delivery.
* Manage relationships with internal and external development partners for adopting new digital technologies.
* Report project progress to executive steering committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency with project management tools is essential.
* Experience in Financial Services is desirable.
* Background in digital consulting, including incident management systems, multi-channel logistics, automation, and AI.
* Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and budgets.
* Ability to manage budgets and contractor relationships.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of UK regulatory and legal requirements.
* Strong planning, organizational, and collaborative skills.
