We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused 2nd Line Support Technician to join our growing IT team. If you're passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and working with modern technology, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality 2nd line technical support across the organisation
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, macOS, and core business applications
* Assist with user management, device configuration, and software deployment
* Support escalations from 1st Line and collaborate with senior engineers when needed
* Contribute to continuous service improvements and documentation
* Support basic networking tasks aligned with CCNA-level knowledge
Key Skills and Experiences
* Strong experience providing 2nd line support in a professional environment
* Proficiency in Windows 11 and macOS platforms
* Knowledge of basic networking principles (CCNA level desirable)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Higher Education qualification or equivalent experience in IT/technical fields
