Are you a purpose-driven development professional with a talent for building meaningful relationships and growing supporter communities? We're seeking an experienced business development professional to help lead the development of impactful membership programmes and strategic partnerships that support this fantastic non-profit site's mission and long-term sustainability.
What You'll Do:
* Design and deliver membership strategies that grow acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve retention.
* Develop and manage corporate partnerships that align with organisational values and generate mutual benefit.
* Lead teams in providing exceptional service and value to members and partners.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure membership and partnership initiatives support wider organisational goals.
* Use data and insights to refine offerings, optimise performance, and inform decision-making.
* Act as a key point of contact for member and partner communications, feedback, and relationship management.
What You'll Bring:
* 5+ years of experience in visitor operations, supporter engagement, or partnership development, ideally within a non-profit or mission-led organisation.
* A proven track record of growing membership programmes and cultivating corporate relationships.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work flexibly across multiple sites and schedules.
