Job summary The post holder will be a registered Occupational Therapist responsible for clients allocated to them and will work autonomously to assess, manage, plan and deliver care, including being professionally and legally accountable. Main duties of the job The post holder will work collaboratively with family/carers and all agencies involved in the child's care encompassing all private and public sectors. The post holder will support the specialist OT/PT community therapy team and be an effective team member whilst working autonomously. The post holder will provide Occupational Therapy to children and young people 0-19 years old in a range of settings and environments e.g nursery, mainstream and special schools.
