What you will do
To install, service, test, and commission Fire Suppression systems to relevant standards and provide the highest level of customer service through resource maximization and cost sensitivity. Also required to fabricate, install, and repair Fire Suppression system pipework and components. Attend callouts as needed to meet customer demands and internal schedules.
How you will do it
Provide excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
Fabricate, test, and install appropriate pipework/systems; dismantle and reconstruct equipment as needed by the customer or Xcell Misting.
Work safely and responsibly to prevent injuries, property damage, and waste; clean up installation/service debris and waste accurately.
Install, test, and repair in accordance with relevant standards.
Follow fabrication drawings and instructions during installation.
Report and document any system changes, deficiencies, or deviations.
Complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, pressure test certificates, or checklists accurately.
What we look for
Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Proven track record of achievement.
Preferably experience with Fire Suppression or Fire Sprinkler Systems, including HP/LP Water Mist, Inergen Gas, or ANSUL systems.
Industry knowledge demonstrated through recognized apprenticeship or similar qualification.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work at heights safely.
Proficiency with power tools for system repair and dismantling.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight at times to complete work.
