I am looking to recruit a Finance Manager for a £10 million turnover construction business in Leicester. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a pivot role in the finance function of this business.

Our client is a £10 million turnover construction business. They are a trusted, family-run business with a longstanding reputation amongst their peers. Due to growth, they are looking to add to their team with a Finance Manager.
Description
The Finance Manager's duties will include but are not limited to:
* Manage all aspects of company finances including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Oversee and participate in day-to-day accounts tasks including purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and credit control
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for directors
* Support year-end processes and liaise with external accountants
* Monitor project costs and assist with job costing and profitability analysis
* Ensure compliance with HMRC (VAT, CIS, PAYE) and other regulatory requirements
* Develop internal financial controls and improve systems/processes where needed
* Work closely with the wider team, contributing to business planning and operational decision-making
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A part ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or qualified by experience
* Demonstrated experience managing finances in an SME environment
* Strong knowledge of accounting practices and principles
* Forward thinking, proactive candidate
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Job Offer
* Salary up to £45,000 (doe)
