Office Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 – 1 hr lunch break (35hrs) (Additional hours when necessary, depending on the needs of the business)
Report to: Client Accounts Manager
Holiday Allocation: 25 days per annum (April to March)
Summary of Job: To provide support to internal and external customers and to assist in the day-to-day financial activities within PS&B.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Bank Reconciliations
* Posting of client receipts
* Daily Banking
* Financial reports and year end accounting services if required
* Communicate with Property Managers
* Telephone communication from Clients and Property Managers
* Year End Process if applicable
In addition, the post holder will be responsible for seeking to enhance the client relationship, oversee and maintain income levels on the portfolio, and participate in departmental strategy and service standard delivery.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
* Knowledge of Qube Software (would be desirable)
* Understanding of Residential Property Management (not essential)
* Team player
* Well organised
* Be able to work unsupervised competently
