An exciting opportunity has become available for a marketing professional to join our Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team at RSM. The successful candidate will support the development, delivery and monitoring of strategic marketing and communications activity across the tax lines of business, working with the Tax Marketing Manager, the wider IMC team and partners to help grow the tax business. The focus of this role is supporting our private client and indirect tax teams.
Responsibilities
* Work with the marketing manager to deliver national tax marketing activity across channels including email, events, webinars, social media, web and PR
* Support tax partners in creating premium internal and external communications material, aligned with RSM’s brand and tone of voice
* Develop and maintain internal and external content across formats (website, podcast, articles, video) to promote key tax initiatives and accurately represent the tax lines of business and specialisms
* Report on the performance of tax lines of business and marketing activity using Power BI and Dynamics 365 to track performance, measure ROI and identify improvements
* Support the development and maintenance of credentials and marketing collateral, providing content to the bids team for wider use
* Support and deliver on strategic sponsorships and initiatives with third parties ensuring activities meet objectives and ROI
* Identify and maximise PR opportunities in liaison with the national PR team
What we are looking for
* A marketing professional with 2-3 years’ experience within a professional services environment
* A professional, credible and confident communicator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and internal marketing teams at all levels
* A proactive, self-motivated individual with a commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision and provide supervision/support to junior colleagues on a project-by-project basis
* A proactive team player with strong attention to detail
