Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Night Customer Service Administrator based at our Felixstowe Depot on a Nights - 4on / 4off shift pattern, to help us to develop our ambitious plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing our customers daily volumes.
* Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
* Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
* Must be happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
