Role - Clerical Officer (Business Admin)
Location - GCHSCP, Administration Services, South Localities, Glasgow, G45 9US
Contract Status - Permanent
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) is a partnership between Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde for health and social care services in Glasgow. Our vision is for community health and social work services to support people to flourish, work in partnership with communities and organisations to transform and improve health and wellbeing.
Business Administration is a wide and varied team that provides essential administrative support across GCHSCP. This role offers comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance within Adult Services (South Sector), supporting key service areas including Learning Disability, Mental Health, and Older People.
Responsibilities
* As a Clerical Officer, support a team within a busy office environment carrying out a range of administration tasks including call handling, reception duties and financial processes.
* Take minute meetings, including complex and sensitive meetings. Full training will be provided.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Demonstrate relevant skills such as call handling, reception duties, and good communication and organisational skills, including a basic knowledge of IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office). Full training and support will be provided.
* Attend and participate in training, including completion of mandatory online training courses/briefings.
* Demonstrate a flexible approach to the role and may be required to work from multiple locations across the South Sector.

Depending on the location of the post, membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is essential on taking up appointment. Successful candidates will be required to pay for PVG Membership/Checks.
