Salary:£25,000£35,000(dependingonexperience)
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manageairfreightimportshipmentsfromarrivalthroughtofinaldelivery
* CompleteandsubmitcustomsentriesinlinewithHMRCregulations
* Ensurealldocumentationisaccurateandprocessedinatimelymanner
* Arrangecollectionsanddeliveries,ensuringdeadlinesandservicelevelsaremet
* Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanydelaysorissues
* Calculateandmanagecosting,invoicing,andchargeableservices
* Maintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,providingregularupdatesandhighlevelsofcustomerservice
* Ensurecompliancewithallcustomsproceduresandcompanypolicies
* Workcloselywithinternaldepartmentstoensuresmoothoperationalflow
Requirements:
* Minimumof12years+experienceinairfreightimports(end-to-end)
* StrongworkingknowledgeofUKcustomsimportproceduresandregulations
* Experiencehandlingcustomsentriesfromstarttofinish
* FamiliaritywithCargowiseandSequoiasystemsishighlydesirable xxuwjjq
* Understandingofmulti-modaltransport(air,road,andsea)isadvantageous
* FullUKdrivinglicenceduetolocation
* Stableworkhistorydemonstratingreliabilityandcommitment
* Highlyorganisedwithstrongattentiontodetail
* Abletomanagemultipleshipmentsandprioritiseworkloadeffectively
