You will have a working knowledge of digital channels including web, email and social and have a passion for creativity and design.
Role Purpose:
* Design and implement project-specific marketing plans in line with the overall marketing strategy and performance metrics
* Ownership of the photography and videography process, including creative direction
* A multi-channel approach, helping to support our digital content and wider marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate on social media content and opportunities.
* Manage print and POS collateral
* Email marketing support
* Work with our design and PR agency partners to brief effective campaigns and comms.
* Understand the product cycle and develop appealing storytelling/moodboards to support all new product introduction
* Research and evaluate key influencers and trends in the interior design and architecture sectors
* Manage the photography critical path, ensuring the smooth running of all shoots taking place and working with internal stakeholders to ensure the timings are consistent with product and marketing timelines
* Support ideation and execution of shoots (video and photo) to help us bring campaigns and collections to life.
* Commission and brief external videographers when necessary.
* Develop business requests into creative concepts.
* Identify new market opportunities and execute marketing plans
* Ability to review marketing metrics and suggest ways to optimise.
* Track competitor activity to improve our services and commercial offerings.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years marketing experience
* Experience in lifestyle and homewares, from concepting ideas, designing sets for photography and video, working to deadlines and managing schedules.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and WordPress.
* Working knowledge and/or understanding of social channels.
* Experience of Mailchimp.

* Ability to use CMS systems and other marketing platforms
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to manage own workload.
* Consistently demonstrate importance of data integrity.
* Ability to use the full Adobe suite (Desirable)
