Farm Machinery Operator

Salary:
Paying £27,500 - £28,500 basic salary depending on experience.
Realistic total earnings of £35,000 - £38,500+ per year depending on hours worked and seasonal activity.
Overtime & Pay Structure:
* During your probationary period, overtime is paid hourly as worked (particularly during busy seasons).
* After successful completion of probation, a salaried package will be agreed which reflects the typical seasonal overtime requirement for the role.
