We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support a 9-year-old boy with autism and global developmental delay. He enjoys outdoor activities, bus rides, and trips to the park but prefers quiet environments. This role focuses on building trust, supporting personal care, and encouraging outdoor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal hygiene and dressing
* Supporting outings and social engagement
* Encouraging sensory-friendly activities
* Providing reassurance and emotional support
Requirements
* PVG Membership or willingness to apply
* Experience with autism or additional support needs preferred
