Senior Product Analyst (Salesforce Experience Cloud)
Location: Livingston, West Lothian (Hybrid)
Seeking a Senior Product Analyst with strong Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise to support large-scale digital and commercial initiatives. In this role, you'll work across multiple agile teams to define features, write user stories, support roadmap delivery, and ensure alignment between business, engineering, and stakeholder groups.

What You Bring:
* Experience as a Product Analyst/Owner in B2B telecoms (broadband, voice, mobile, TV).
* Strong Salesforce Experience Cloud + CRM (ideally Salesforce) experience.
* Skilled in system integration analysis and cross-team alignment.
* Solid Agile background (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
