Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential and Nursing Care

The Role:
We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our team and create an environment that promotes dignity and independence, while striving for excellence in care. The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, balancing a compassionate approach to service delivery with achieving business results.
You will be supported by a dedicated team that includes Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBS Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, Quality Assurance, Senior Operations, and Recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home.
* Manage and support staff to ensure they perform their roles safely and to the highest standard.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and financial aspects of the service.
* Make strategic decisions regarding the future and growth of the home.
* Lead specific projects or clinical areas.
* Provide on-call support during out-of-hours, shared with the team.
* Be flexible to cover nursing shortages as required.

* Patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills.
* 2 years post-registration experience (RGN/RNLD or RNMH).
* Previous experience as a Home Manager.
