Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and support our Building Services Director and his team. As a key member of our team, you will bring your expertise in mechanical engineering to the table, contributing to the success of a variety of projects across London.
Location:
Based in London, near Blackfriars, you'll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and centrally located area, with easy access to transportation and amenities.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Building Services Director and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and blue light developments.
2. Utilise your expertise in mechanical engineering to design, analyse, and optimise building systems, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in building services engineering, with a focus on mechanical systems.
Skills: Strong knowledge of relevant software tools and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Projects: Experience working on a variety of London projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and blue light developments.
